How to reach us

Write to hello@fidera.jp. Replies usually go out within a few days; some questions take longer to answer properly than to acknowledge, and we would rather do the former.

Something here is wrong

If an offer has ended, its terms have changed, or a link goes nowhere, tell us. Including the page URL makes it much faster to check. Every offer here cites the merchant's own page as its source, but campaigns end without notice and we do not always notice first — a correction from someone who just tried to use it is the fastest way this index stays honest.

If you are a merchant

Listing requests, corrections, and requests to be removed all go to the same address. This site indexes student discounts that companies have announced publicly, whether or not there is any relationship with us. If what we say about yours is wrong, we will fix it. If you would rather not appear here at all, write and say so.

Your personal data

Requests to disclose, correct, stop the use of, or delete the data held about you go to hello@fidera.jp. The privacy policy sets out what is kept, what is reduced to a hash the moment it arrives, and what was never collected in the first place.
