Information security policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

無花果株式会社, which runs すごい学割, protects the information students and partner merchants entrust to it, and its own, from accidents, disasters and crime. To keep their trust and society's, we handle information security under the policy below.

Management is responsible
Ryusei Taniguchi, a co-founder of すごい学割, is responsible for information security. Management leads the work and keeps improving it, as an organisation and without a break.
Organisation and rules
We decide who is responsible for each security measure, write the measures down as our internal rules, and review them whenever the service or the team changes.
Only what is needed
We collect only the personal information the service needs, keep it only as long as it is needed, and let only the people whose work requires it see it.
Everyone who handles information
Everyone who works on すごい学割 learns the knowledge and skills information security requires, and follows this policy and our rules.
Outside services
When we entrust information to an outside service, we choose it for its security measures, check them, and keep a list of every service we use.
Laws and contracts
We comply with the laws, regulations, norms and contractual obligations on information security, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and meet the expectations of the people who use すごい学割.
Breaches and incidents
If a breach of law or contract, or a security incident, occurs, we respond promptly, report to the authorities and notify the people affected as the law requires, and work to stop it happening again.
Reporting a security issue
Send reports of vulnerabilities or security concerns to [email protected].
Established and revised
Established 30 September 2026, revised 20 October 2026. 無花果株式会社, Hiroto Nakato, Representative Director.
